Common issues

Subscriptions show as unavailable

Make sure your device has an internet connection and that the App Store is available in your region. If you previously subscribed, use Restore Purchases from the Wing Assist Pro/Profile area.

Weather is not loading

Weather retrieval depends on network availability and the external aviation weather source. Core Wing Assist calculators are designed to remain usable with manual entry even when weather data cannot be fetched.

Aircraft data or calculations look incorrect

Review the aircraft profile, source values, units, and inputs used for the calculation. Wing Assist is designed to show the inputs and assumptions behind supported calculations so you can verify how a result was produced.

App Store subscription management

Subscription billing and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID in iOS Settings or the App Store. Wing Assist does not directly process your payment information.
