FlightFolio is designed to keep your pilot logbook information private and under your control.
Information We Collect
FlightFolio does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data from the app.
Flight records and other information you enter into FlightFolio are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.
Flight Log Data
Information such as aircraft details, routes, flight times, pilot roles, landings, approaches, notes, training information, and other logbook records is used only to provide FlightFolio's features on your device.
FlightFolio does not transmit this information to our servers because FlightFolio does not operate a user-account or cloud-storage backend for your logbook data.
Subscriptions and Purchases
FlightFolio Pro subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. FlightFolio does not receive or store your full payment-card information.
Apple may process purchase-related information according to Apple's own privacy practices and terms.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
FlightFolio does not use third-party advertising networks, does not sell user data, and does not use cross-app or cross-site tracking for advertising purposes.
FlightFolio does not use third-party analytics SDKs to collect personal usage data.
Exports and Sharing
When you choose to export or share a logbook file, PDF, CSV, or other record, that action is initiated by you. Any information you choose to send, save, or share outside FlightFolio is handled by the destination or service you select.
Data Security and Your Responsibility
Because your logbook information is stored on your device, protecting access to your device and maintaining appropriate backups are important parts of protecting your records.
FlightFolio is a recordkeeping and organizational tool. Pilots remain responsible for ensuring their records satisfy applicable regulatory, operational, and company requirements.
Children's Privacy
FlightFolio is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because FlightFolio does not operate a personal-data collection backend, we do not knowingly collect children's personal data through the app.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when FlightFolio's features or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this page.
